Join a Mindfulness session with MBSR teacher Mai Miles Frandsen.
In this session, you will learn about how to meet life stress by cultivating your own wisdom with a few, simple mindfulness practices.
Mai is a qualified MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) teacher trained by Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care and Society at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
Kindly arrive 10 minutes before class and find your seat. If you are late kindly arrive in silence. Kindly do not bring your phone for this session because we are practicing deep silence and presence.
